Paul S.

Paul S. started their work experience in 2012 at Kobleder GmbH, where they held various roles. Paul began as a Produktentwicklungsmanager from August 2012 to December 2017. Later, they served as Betriebsleiter from January 2018 to December 2020. At Kobleder GmbH, they climbed up the ranks and became the CEO from January 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they work at the WINTERSTEIGER Group as the Head of Engineering & Projects, starting from May 2023.

Paul S. completed their Executive MBA degree at California Lutheran University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechatronik/Wirtschaft at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. From 2012 to 2016, Paul earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechatronik & Wirtschaft from the same university. Paul'seducation journey began at Technische Universität Graz, where they studied Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Paul obtained certifications in Lean Foundations and Strategieentwicklung: Ein Überblick from LinkedIn in February 2023. Paul also received the Executive Master of Business Administration certification from California Lutheran University in May 2022.
