Wouter Kayser

Wouter Kayser is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Wintor since July 2021, where responsibilities include designing and creating a platform for extended reality (XR) experiences. Prior to this role, Wouter conducted a Master’s thesis at VodafoneZiggo, focusing on the utilization of NB-IoT and LTE-M for machine-to-machine networks, developing predictive models to simulate network changes. Wouter also gained experience as an intern at TNO, where a roadmap was established for the Electronic Defence department to incorporate FPGAs for accelerating hashing functions and digital signal processing. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Telecommunications Track and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and completed VWO education with a focus on mathematics and science subjects.
