Tracy K.

Tracy K. has more than 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Tracy began their career at Midwest Bank & Trust, where they served as a Retail Banker and later became a Corporate Training Officer. During their time there, Tracy facilitated new hire orientation and developed a formal training program for Personal Bankers, Tellers, and Universal Bankers.

In 2007, Tracy joined Wintrust Financial Corporation as a Vice President and Branch Manager at Hinsdale Bank & Trust. In this role, they were responsible for managing small business accounts and providing assistance with Treasury management products. Tracy also worked closely with small businesses to address their lending needs and provide credit assistance. Tracy successfully contributed to the growth of the Western Springs Branch, which saw a 7.34% increase in deposits from 2018 to 2019, reaching a total of $153 million.

Additionally, Tracy co-owned KT Bounce Inflatables from 2011 to 2016.

Tracy K. earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Saint Xavier University, spanning from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Tracy completed a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BAS) degree in Business Management at Chicago State University, from 2003 to 2007. Tracy's education history also includes an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management obtained from Lexington College, between 1997 and 1999.

In addition to formal education, Tracy obtained the certification in "Fundamentals of Wintrust Leadership" from Wintrust Financial Corporation in May 2017.
