Stuart Gray

Stuart Gray is currently the Principal Pre-construction Manager (Multiroom) at Winvic, where they leverage extensive knowledge in design and coordination acquired over a 17-year tenure in an Architect's Practice, alongside 9 years in Design Management with a national contractor. Previously, Stuart held various roles including Senior Design Manager and Design Manager at Kier Group, and earlier experiences as a Building Surveyor/Architectural Technician at Weston Allison Wright and an Architectural Technician at Featherstone Austin Woodward Architects. Stuart holds an HNC in Building Studies from The University of Northampton, completed in 1991. Passionate about design, quality, and customer relationships, Stuart demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and a solid understanding of structures, civil, and M&E.
