Subba Rao

Subba Rao has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration. Subba is currently the VP of Finance and Administration at WinWire Technologies. Prior to joining WinWire, Subba Rao was with Catalytic Software from July 2006 to November 2008 where they were the Manager - Accounts. During their time at Catalytic Software, Subba Rao was awarded the Best Performer of the Year Award in 2008. Subba was also responsible for cost reduction (Govt Sops), implemented cost control measures, and streamlined finance operations.

From December 1999 to July 2006, Subba Rao was with Danlaw Technologies India Limited as the Manager - Finance and Accounts. Subba's responsibilities included accounts payable, accounts receivable, compliances - STPI & TDS, internal and external audit, payroll, financial statements, cashflow, investments, working capital, MIS, contracts management, and secretarial assistance.

Subba Rao has a postgraduate degree in financial management from Pondicherry University, a Bachelor of Commerce in cost accounting and management accountancy from D.N.R. (A) COLLEGE, and an intermediate degree in CEC (commerce, economics and geography) from the same school. Subba also has a 10th grade education in formal education from ARKR Municipal High School.
