Sujata Das, Vice President – Human Resources, comes with 22 years of HR functional experience across various Industries. Working across all the domains of Talent Management, she has been involved in transforming organizations, building HR structures, and mentoring HR Functional Managers to deliver their best. She is passionate about people and practices driving business strategy and building and shaping organizational culture. Part of many Great Places to Work journeys, she drives efficiency, ease of working, a great culture, and one-team ethos in the places she works.

As WinWire’s Global Head of HR, she is working towards developing human capital strategies and driving the talent agenda. She is strategizing to create, reinforce and operationalize a uniform company culture that permeates across locations and levels and working to achieve the “One WinWire” experience they aspire for at WinWire. With a post-graduation in Human Resources, her prior experience has been with organizations like ICICI Prudential, Genpact, Kantar, and ACS Solution.
