Ryan James Evans

Ryan James Evans is a Senior Vice President at Optimal, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at DSPolitical in 2019, progressing through roles including Vice President and Senior Director of Business Development. Ryan's early career included internships at the Clinton Foundation and the U.S. Department of State, along with a fellowship in fundraising for a congressional campaign. They hold a Master’s Degree in Security Policy Studies and a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus on Latin American Studies from The George Washington University, where they continue their education.
