Rahul Gera

Rahul Gera is a seasoned Human Capital professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving at WinZO since December 2021, Rahul previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at ICICI Bank from May 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing BFSI-centric hiring strategies and managing recruitment for senior roles. Prior experience also includes a role as a Management Trainee at Spark Minda, where Rahul engaged in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and training. An internship at Team Results Ind involved skill gap analysis and competency assessment, while early experience as a Campus Ambassador for Ruplee focused on user acquisition strategies.
