Ian Kerich is a seasoned NOC Engineer currently employed at WIOCC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Liquid Intelligent Technologies from August 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included positions as Tier 2 Support Engineer for Retail Services and Tier 1 Support Engineer.
