We prioritize well-being in everything we do—placing the health, safety, and dignity of dogs, people, and the environments we share at the center of our decisions.

We value diverse perspectives and lived experiences, and we are committed to creating inclusive spaces where people feel respected, represented, and able to belong.

We lead with honesty, transparency, and accountability—holding ourselves to high standards in how we operate, collaborate, and grow.

We act with long-term responsibility, making thoughtful choices that reduce environmental impact and support the health of the planet for future generations.
