Marcela Ramirez is an experienced operations and customer care professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Wipebook since February 2024, Marcela previously held the position of Customer Care Manager and Team Leader at Allurion Technologies, where leadership and collaboration with marketing significantly enhanced customer engagement. At Ideal Protein, Marcela developed strategic initiatives to expand business partnerships across the US and Canada and excelled in roles ranging from Manager of Strategy and Operations to Project Manager.
