Bobby Splinter

Bobby Splinter, CPA, currently serves as an Outsourced CFO in Client Advisory Services at Wipfli since April 2025, focusing on business financial processes, financial data analysis, and client budget reviews. Previously, Bobby held the position of Director of Finance at North Central Health Care from January 2021 to April 2025, leading various departments and achieving a significant organizational milestone by facilitating a clean audit after 15 years. From October 2016 to January 2021, Bobby was the Assistant Director of Finance for the City of Wausau, overseeing critical financial operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where Bobby progressed from Intern to Senior Accountant, providing accounting and assurance services to government and non-profit entities. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Comprehensive Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an Associate's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County.
