Adel Ewida

Adel Ewida has extensive experience in intellectual property, having served as an IP expert at the UAE IP Office under the Ministry of Economy from January 2007 to December 2010 and at the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) from 2002 to 2003. Since March 2003, Adel has been a consultant for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has held the position of President of the Patent Office at the Academy of Scientific Research & Technology since January 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Cairo University (1977-1981) and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce College (1998-1999).
