Altaye Tedla has over two decades of experience at the World Intellectual Property Organization, serving as Head of the Distance Learning Program from 2001 until April 2025 and currently as Director of IP eLearning and Internal Training Programs since August 2024. Altaye holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences and Economics from Cornell University, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from Università degli Studi di Torino, completed in 2009.
