Todd Reves is an experienced IP policy and enforcement attorney currently serving as the Director of the Building Respect for IP Division at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) since 2022. Prior to this role, Todd held various positions, including Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the U.S. Customs Service, as well as Senior Advisor for International Affairs at the Office of the Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator. Todd's expertise encompasses international intellectual property rights, having also served as an Intellectual Property Attaché for the U.S. Mission in Geneva and as a Regional IPR Attaché for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Todd earned a degree from Texas A&M University School of Law from 1995 to 1998.
