Willem Leppink

Willem Leppink is a partner at Ploum specializing in intellectual property and marketing law, with a focus on pan-European issues. They serve as a lecturer in Trademark Law at Leiden Law School and are a member of the MARQUES Executive Committee, where they chair the Anti-Fraud Taskforce. Willem has extensive experience advising clients across more than 50 jurisdictions and has contributed to multiple editorial boards, including the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice. Additionally, they are a domain name panelist with the World Intellectual Property Organization and have co-organized the National Advertising Law Conference in the Netherlands.
