Bharathi Arun

Bharathi Arun has extensive experience in payroll management, having worked at NeeyamoWorks and Neeyamo as a Service Delivery Executive and KO Payroll from April 2021 to August 2022, responsible for payroll in the Eastern Europe region, specifically for the Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan. Bharathi then advanced to Ramco Systems as a Payroll Executive from August 2022 to January 2025, managing payroll processing for over 2,500 employees in the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Wipro since January 2025, Bharathi oversees pre-payroll activities, verifying employee data for various countries including the UAE, Spain, Austria, Germany, and more.
