Bill Owens is the Executive Chairman of Red Bison Advisory Group and has been a member of the board at Wipro since 2006. Owens previously served as Chairman of CenturyLink Telecom and held leadership roles at Nortel, including CEO and Vice Chairman, where they re-established the company as a stable, ethical Fortune 500 entity. With extensive experience on over 20 public boards, Owens has held significant positions in the military as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and has received numerous awards for their contributions in business and philanthropy. They hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy and multiple degrees from Oxford University and George Washington University. Currently, Owens is also a board member at Seattle University and the EastWest Institute.
