Celio Juaçaba is a retired Project Manager with extensive experience in process, team, and project management, as well as in requirements specification and application development. With an MBA in Project Management and certifications including PMP, Scrum Master, and White Belt, they have successfully managed IT projects at Engevias and Wipro, among other companies. Celio has also worked as a Systems Consultant, focusing on Human Resources systems, and held various roles in project management, employing methodologies such as PMBOK and SCRUM. They earned an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidade de Fortaleza and completed a specialization in Project Management there as well.
