Christy Cunningham

Christy Cunningham is a seasoned Regional Telecom Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Regional Telecom Engineer-Lead at Wipro since August 2024, Christy previously held the position of Regional Telecom Engineer at National Communications Services, Inc. from July 2012 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing Global M&R Budget contracts, deploying Skype for Business (SfB) solutions, and overseeing various telecom installations and configurations. Prior experience at Shared Technologies from February 2001 to July 2012 included project management and engineering roles focused on Nortel and LYNC systems. Christy’s expertise encompasses engineering and implementing VoIP systems, troubleshooting, and designing dial plans, alongside a strong emphasis on documentation and training.
