Derek Williams

Derek Williams is the Account Delivery Head at Wipro, responsible for the delivery of services and operations for service management clients. Currently serving as an Executive Director for a 450+ employee department, they focus on providing high-quality customer service and support, leading the company’s service interaction with clients. Previously, Derek held various leadership roles, including Operations Director and Chief Operations Manager at Alorica, where they designed new departments and developed processes to enhance productivity. They have extensive experience in the telecom and customer service industries, having worked with Qwest Communications and ITEX, among others. Derek studied Business and Computers at Metropolitan Community College from 2007 to 2010.
