Doug Smith

Doug Smith is a Senior IT Management professional who currently serves as a Delivery Head at Wipro since 2014. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Services Director at Barclays, where they managed IT services across the Sub Sahara, Africa and Indian Ocean region. Doug also served as the Global Head of Service Desks at Morgan Stanley and as Head of End User Services at Barclays Bank. They gained early experience at Compaq and Microsoft, culminating in an MBA from Henley Management College, completed in 2000.
