Ed Engles currently serves as the Head of Consulting for the Americas at Wipro, overseeing the firm’s consulting business and driving enterprise transformation through AI and data. Prior to this role, Ed was the Office Managing Director for Accenture’s Metro DC office, leading a team of over 12,000 professionals and acting as a key liaison to clients and community leaders. As the North America Lead for Accenture Song's Customer Service division, Ed successfully grew revenue from $500 million to over $2 billion, innovating customer service as a growth driver. Ed’s experience also includes serving as the US South Market Unit Lead for Customer, Sales, and Service at Accenture. Ed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland.
