Account Quality Manager

Eunice Thomas has a robust background in quality management and process improvement spanning over 15 years. Starting as a Quality Consultant at Kenna Management from March 2008 to May 2011, Eunice advanced to Manager of Quality Assurance at GARMIN (Navionics Technologies Pvt Ltd) from June 2011 to May 2013. Following this, a significant tenure at Cognizant lasted from May 2013 to July 2023, where Eunice operated as a PMO/Consultant/Manager in Process Excellence, focusing on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and team management. Eunice currently holds the position of Account Quality Manager at Wipro since August 2025, after engaging in freelance work as a Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Quality Consultant from August 2023 to July 2025. Additionally, Eunice earned a Master of Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2009 and 2012.
