Indu Antony

Indu Antony is currently the Manager of Compensation & Benefits for the US and Canada at Wipro, where they focus on managing various compensation structures. Indu previously served as the Manager of Organization Development and HRBP for HR Function at Wipro, engaging in multiple HR and organizational development interventions. Indu's experience includes a summer internship at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where they designed and coordinated assessment centers, as well as multiple fieldwork internships during their M.A. in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Prior to their HR career, Indu worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in mainframe development.
