Jayasingh Simanchal

Jayasingh Simanchal has an extensive background in workforce management and customer service, spanning over a decade in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Deputy Manager WFM at Wipro since January 2025, Jayasingh previously worked at Tech Mahindra as Associate Manager WFM, and at Genpact as Front Line Manager WFM, where responsibilities included global reporting and resource planning. Jayasingh's career began as a High School Teacher at Govt High School and progressed through roles at IBM and Concentrix, where Jayasingh was promoted to WFM Analyst and contributed to global performance reporting and command center operations. Jayasingh holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), completed in 2023.
