John Fontes

John Fontes is a seasoned team manager with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. They previously served as a Customer Service Team Manager at Revolut, where they focused on performance reviews and agent improvement plans. John has also worked as a Media Buyer Specialist at Clever Advertising, conducting market analyses and negotiating media rates. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead Manager - Senior Executive at Wipro, where they oversee team performance and drive process improvements. In addition, John is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Education at the University of Coimbra.
