Johnson Motru possesses extensive experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management across various sectors. Starting as Executive EHS at Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2009 to April 2010, Johnson specialized in EHS for a Paracetamol manufacturing unit. Subsequently, from April 2010 to September 2013, Johnson served as Assistant Manager EHS at IKP Knowledge Park, focusing on chemical lab safety. Johnson then took on the role of Microsoft Campus EHS Manager at JLL from September 2013 to October 2018, deploying EHS strategies at Microsoft. Currently, Johnson is the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Wipro since January 2025.
