Jonaki Basu is a specialized and generative AI specialist with over 14 years of experience in operations management analytics and AI/ML transformations. They have successfully led teams and implemented over 15 customer experience projects, achieving significant cost and efficiency improvements through AI/ML solutions. Previously, Jonaki served as Deputy General Manager at Cognizant, where they contributed to multiple proposals and analytics solutions. They hold a PGPM from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Fr C Rodrigues Institute of Technology. Currently, Jonaki is committed to scaling up the data science practice and engaging in generative AI initiatives.
