Leo Ren is the Head of the Wipro Chengdu Delivery Center, where they focus on growing the center's capabilities. Previously, Leo worked as a project manager and delivery manager at Wipro Technologies, and as a program quality manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they gained extensive project management experience, particularly with Agile methodology. Leo began their career as a software engineer and team leader at Motorola Solutions, specializing in embedded software development. They hold a Master's degree in Data Communication and Networks from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
