Nishant Kumar has over nine years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, holding various engineering and managerial roles. Initial experience includes a position as a BSC Trainee Engineer at Huawei, followed by an Associate role at Vodafone Spacetel Ltd, focusing on customer issue resolution. Nishant Kumar then progressed to Wipro, first as an Engineer, later as a Service Assurance & Delivery Lead, and subsequently as a Circle Manager for the Bihar & Jharkhand circle on a VIL project. In February 2020, responsibilities expanded to Regional Manager for East Region at Wipro, overseeing IT infrastructure operations for ICICI Bank and managing a large team across multiple states. A Project Manager role involved leading significant IT infrastructure projects, including data center migrations and technology upgrades.
