Persis Patel graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Finance, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics. They served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sutra Services Pvt Ltd in 2015 before joining Wipro, where they currently work as a Manager in Employee Experience. Throughout their time at Wipro, Persis has been instrumental in designing people-centric strategies focused on employee engagement, culture management, and capability development, significantly impacting talent management practices across the organization.
