Peter Ding is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Team Lead at 维布络 since January 2021, Peter is responsible for overseeing call center operations and managing key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and incident response. Prior experience includes roles at Intel Corporation, where Peter worked as an IT Automation Engineer and IT Service Project Coordinator, providing 24x7 IT support and managing hardware and software projects. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology and previously studied Information Security at Chengdu Electromechanical College.
