Pooja Rathi has extensive experience in transition management within the BPO sector, holding significant positions at Wipro across various business units. As Global Transition Head for the HiB Execution Hub, Pooja led initiatives in healthcare, BFS, insurance, and HRO from November 2021 to January 2023.
