Prabhakar Jha

Prabhakar Jha is currently serving as the Delivery Head at Wipro, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Prabhakar gained extensive experience at Wipro Limited from 2013 to 2017 as a Senior Manager Operations/Campaign Director, where they led initiatives aimed at maintaining service level agreements and enhancing customer satisfaction. They also held several key positions at Wipro BPO between 2005 and 2006, including Deputy Manager and Technical Support Associate. Before their tenure at Wipro, Prabhakar worked as Campaign Director and Head of Operations at CCI South Africa from 2017 to 2019. Prabhakar holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Annamalai University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
