Rishika Kumari

Rishika Kumari is an aspiring HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development. Rishika has accumulated experience as an HR Generalist with roles at Raman Byte, BR Instrumentation and Controls, and DHL, where they engaged in various HR functions, including policy redesign and training. Currently, Rishika serves as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Wipro while pursuing a PGDM from the Pune Institute of Business Management. Rishika's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and foundational studies in science from D.A.V. Public School.
