Riya Deshwal

Riya Deshwal is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and analytics. At Wipro from December 2020 to December 2023, Riya served as a Senior Test Engineer, focusing on parameter planning for Telefonica across multiple technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, while also handling tasks related to CDCN and MOCN. In addition, Riya worked as a Senior Analyst, managing workforce management for major clients, including forecasting data, capacity planning, and employee allocations. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Big Data Hadoop trainee at CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and organizing significant events at Codezilla and MobiCom IT. Riya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology and is pursuing an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Liverpool John Moores University, having also completed a PG Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
