Rohan Krishnan

Rohan Krishnan is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience at Wipro, currently serving as Associate Director since June 2021, having progressed from Manager, Deputy Manager & Account Lead, and Assistant Manager from 2014 to 2021. Prior to Wipro, Rohan completed an internship at DRIVE INDIA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION LIMITED, focusing on competency matrices and compensation structures. Rohan's career commenced at Citibank India as a Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer queries and gaining insights into banking procedures and customer service. Rohan holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from DoMS, IIT Roorkee, and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California, along with a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Francis Institute of Technology.
