Samik Sen is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in Organisational Change Management and Talent Development. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Wipro, Samik has previously held managerial roles at Deloitte and VMware, where they led change management strategies and large-scale training programs across various industries and geographies. Samik has enabled change adoption for clients in sectors such as Water Utilities, Telecom, and Retail, and is a passionate advocate for mental health in both enterprise and social contexts. Samik holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Calcutta.
