Swapnil Mane is currently the AVP of Process Excellence & Quality at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms. With extensive experience in operations management, Swapnil previously held positions including Operations Manager and Assistant Manager Operations within Wipro, focusing on Telecom clients. They have driven significant process excellence initiatives and managed Lean and Six Sigma projects, alongside client management and capability building. Swapnil holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Customer Relationship Management.
