WiRED International is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that provides vital medical information and education to underserved communities in regions challenged by war, poverty, and dislocation. WiRED's Community Health Information Libraries offer medical and health information enabling physicians and nurses, community health workers (CHWs), and ordinary people in developing areas of the world to address the prevention and treatment of infectious and non-communicable diseases. All WiRED's online and portable media resources are cost-free to users.
