Roger Highfield

Roger Highfield serves as a Contributing Editor at WIRED since June 2019 and has held the position of Science Director for the Science Museum Group since November 2011, overseeing multiple renowned museums in the UK. Highfield's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of External Affairs for the Science Museum Group from 2011, Visiting Professor of Public Engagement at both UCL and the University of Oxford since 2018, and membership with the Medical Research Council since April 2018. Additionally, Highfield has contributed to various prestigious publications, authored a book with Princeton University Press, and has held curatorial positions at events like TED Conferences and Wired Live. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Highfield earned a DPhil in Physical Chemistry.
