Steve Silberman

Steve Silberman is an accomplished author and journalist with extensive experience in writing and media. Since 2011, Silberman has been an author at Penguin Group USA, where "NeuroTribes: The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity" became a New York Times bestseller. A contributing editor at Wired Magazine since August 1995, Silberman's work has also been featured in prominent publications such as Time, the New Yorker, and GQ. Additionally, from 1997 to 1999, Silberman served as the first full-time writer for Wired News, covering the emergence of online culture. Educationally, Silberman holds an MA in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Psychology from Oberlin College.
