Declan Oddy

Declan Oddy is the Head of Estates (UK&I) at Wireless Infrastructure Group, where they lead the property team, influence strategy, and innovate estate management across the UK and Republic of Ireland. A RICS Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the CAAV, they have extensive experience in managing Telecoms Infrastructure Assets and advising on the Electronic Communications Code. Declan has also served as a registered RICS APC Counsellor and Assessor, and is an active member of the Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association Council. Their education includes a BSc in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University, where they were also a sandwich student involved in various surveying internships.
