Group Head Of Customer Experience at Wireless Logic

Chris Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chris most recently worked at Wireless Logic Ltd, starting in October 2021 as the Head of Solutions & Platforms and later transitioning to the role of Group Head of Customer Experience in October 2022. Prior to that, Chris worked at Arkessa from 2016 to 2021, where they held various positions including Head of Solutions & Service, Head of Solutions, and Solutions Engineer. Chris also worked at EE as a Technical Presales Consultant (M2M) from 2014 to 2015. Their earlier experience includes roles at Evolve Telecom, Nortel Networks, and Cable & Wireless Communications, where they held roles such as M2M Specialist, Product Management & Business Development, Technical Pre-Sales Manager, Senior Fault Management Engineer, VPN Engineer, Assistant VPN Engineer, and Business Controller.

Chris Williams attended ST John Payne from 1986 to 1992. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Brighton from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing & Geography.
