Philip’s educational background includes a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), an ACMA CGMA from CIMA, an MSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in Economics from the University of Exeter.
