Monika Singh

Monika Singh possesses extensive experience in RF engineering, currently serving as a Senior RF Design Architect at Wireless Mobility since April 2025. Previously, Monika was a Senior Lead Engineer in RF at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included leading RF design for ICs integration and ensuring compliance with 3GPP standards, as well as utilizing HFSS and ADS for circuit modeling. Prior roles include staff engineer and RF hardware engineer, and a Process Integration Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES focusing on 65 RFSOI technologies. Monika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and a Master of Technology in RF and Microwaves from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
