Eric Niranjan

Eric Niranjan has over eight years of experience in sales and customer support roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Sales Marketing at Wireless Shop since March 2018, Eric also held the position of Sales and Marketing Supervisor at Wi-Tell Solutions. Prior to this, Eric worked at Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited as a Team Leader, where responsibilities included team performance analysis and call center supervision. Eric began a career at Etisalat in 2013 as a Call Center Representative, advancing to Team Leader and eventually becoming a Senior Call Center Executive Specialist by 2017. Eric completed education at St. Anthony's College from 2000 to 2012.
