Phil Delp has a diverse range of work experience spanning across various industries. Phil began their career in 1987 as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where they served for eight years. Following their military service, Phil worked for the United States Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander. In 1997, they transitioned to the private sector and joined International Paper, where they held roles as a Marketing Manager and Finance Manager. In 2000, Phil joined Global Crossing as a Finance Director before moving on to Hoffmann-La Roche as an Accounting Manager. In 2007, they joined IPC as the Global Financial Controller for Network Services and was later promoted to Services Director. Most recently, in 2016, Phil assumed the role of Vice President at Wireless Telecom Group, overseeing the operations of its subsidiaries, Boonton, Microlab, and Noisecom.
Phil Delp pursued their education starting in 1983, when they enrolled at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Phil was enrolled in their Mechanical Engineering program and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. After a few years, in 1995, they decided to further enhance their skills and knowledge by attending Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. There, they pursued an MBA and specialized in Operations and Finance. Phil successfully completed their studies in 1997.
