Greg serves in the capacity as an advisor for Wireless Telematics. Greg has 3 decades of public and private company executive operating and finance experience in Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies, primarily in Telecom, with functional expertise in financing, operations, intellectual property licensing, strategic planning, benefit plans, contracts, and risk management. He is a proven leader with strengths in staff and business development through the establishment of goals, mentoring, and team building.

Among other roles, Greg was the COO and CFO of Concerto Networks, Inc., a global franchisor of business technology solutions to the small to medium size business market. He served as CFO of Viking Systems, Inc (OTC: VKNG), a publicly-listed medical device manufacturer where he led a $5 million convertible note financing, and was the CFO for Sensoria Corporation, a developer of mobile wireless mesh-networking products for the Muni Wi-Fi, Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and physical security markets. As CFO for NeoPoint, Inc., a designer of the world’s first smartphones, built by ODMs to the Company’s specifications, and distributed to Sprint PCS, and other carriers in North and South America, he managed seventy employees in the Finance, HR, and Operations organizations, including planning, purchasing, logistics, facilities, and IT and helped secure $50+ million in equity funding through 3 private financing rounds with strategic and financial investors, including Siemens and LGE. Greg was previously Director of Finance, Subscriber Products Division, of Qualcomm, Incorporated, and at Ericsson-Raynet he served in the capacities of Controller & International Finance Director and International Marketing Director & Manager,

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College, Claremont, California, and a Masters of Business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is proficient in German and possesses a working knowledge of Spanish.
